Calling all adrenaline-seekers who want to make a difference!
The Choir With No Name Liverpool, which is managed by our 2024 Woman Making a Difference, Ema Quinn, is looking for people to join a team of 30 abseiling 150 ft off the Anglican Cathedral, to raise money for the choir!
There are a few places left to join the fundraising activity, which aims to raise a team total of £10,000 which will help to support the choir’s work and celebrate its 10th Birthday.
The Choir with No Name Liverpool is a choir for people who are affected by homelessness or otherwise marginalised. It’s a supportive family where a conventional one may not exist. By singing together and sharing a meal together each week we build the support network and self-confidence needed to move away from homelessness long -term.
As you take the leap, you won’t be alone – you’ll be serenaded by the joyous choir, who will be singing you along and there to cheer you at the bottom. What more motivation could you need?
The registration deadline is 8th August. Registration fee is £20 and minimum fundraising target is £250.
