Courage and Sparkle is the culmination of the vision and legacy of the Humanitarian and Entrepreneur, Una McBride. Founded in 2016, the Courage and Sparkle represents the very core of Una, who responded to her ‘Cancer Dragon’ in ways which culminated in creating ways to improve the lives of others.
Courage and Sparkle supports Queenscourt Hospice, Pink Shoe Club, FLUIDITY, The Youth Charter, The Windsor Consultations and Merseyside Women of the Year Awards. We do this in many different ways though creative, musical, educational and fun events alongside traditional and evolving fundraising, or in collaboration with other organisations which share the same objectives such as Opening up Spaces and Raising the Roof.
