Founder of dearbump, Parent Promise and MWOTY 2023 Entrepreneur winner, Emma Jarvis, has launched the DearBump app and joined the Baltic Ventures Accelerator.
Emma was selected to be part of the latest Baltic Ventures Accelerator cohort, which will allow her to take her mission to the next level as she continues to push for better maternal healthcare on a global scale.
Through the accelerator, Emma will have access to world-class mentors, coaches, and be able to work alongside an inspiring group of founders.
Emma was recognised for her work developing dearbump and Parent Promise at MWOTY 2023 and since then has continued to strive towards her founding goals. The dearbump app, which launched last month, is designed to close the maternal health gap – a problem that affects millions of women globally each year.
The new pregnancy app is designed to provide real-time health tracking and integrated access to midwives. The app aims to address maternal healthcare gaps, empowering women by giving them more control over their pregnancy journey.
The app allows users to track their pregnancy, log symptoms and chat to a midwife through the app, building a data picture that will ultimately allow patterns to be measured, risks identified and vital insights be generated for users.
The latest developments in Emma’s work were also part of a busy month, in which she also spoke at Liverpool Slush’d, where she officially launched the new dearbump app, opened the dearbump seed round and featured in articles in Sifted, Forbes, Femtech Insider and BusinessCloud.
Congratulations Emma on all your success, we can’t wait to see what’s next for you and dearbump!
