The plan costs just £6 per named device per month (whichever is greater), with the monthly cost capped at just £60. It provides remote support from our experienced Liverpool-based team, helping with everyday IT issues including Microsoft 365, email, passwords, laptops, printers, software and general technical support.
The Community Support Plan isn’t about making profits. It’s about ensuring smaller charities have access to reliable, friendly IT support at a price they can genuinely afford, allowing more of their funding to be spent where it matters most, supporting the people and communities they exist to help.
