Cristina-Steliana is a Romanian-British engineer, academic, sustainability advocate, and writer whose work bridges maritime engineering, environmental responsibility, education, and creative communication. She holds a PhD in Nautical Science and Engineering, an MBA in Port Management and Multimodal Transport, and is a lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University International Study Centre. Recognised internationally for her impact, she is one of the Top 50 Women in Engineering by the WES 2024 and has published 30 academic papers. Alongside her academic work, she is the creator and co-author of Little Globy, a character designed to teach children about environmental protection, sustainability, empathy, and cultural awareness through storytelling.
