Debbie Stephens is the CEO of Fun 4 Kidz and has also inspired her local community to take control in their neighbourhood, to work together to improve their environment, to create jobs, to increase their skills and to support each other through good times and bad. She is an inspirational woman, making a difference in her community by recognising that everyone who is part of it has something to offer, and providing them with the space, encouragement, and support to build on those strengths to ensure the community has its voice heard.
