Jennifer Gallagher is Corporate and Commercial Partner at Primas Law. She joined the firm in 2024 and has since led some of its largest ever transactions, worth tens of millions of pounds. With over 15 years of experience in corporate law, Jennifer specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and shareholder arrangements. Her career included four years in Dubai, where she advised on international M&A and cross-border transactions across UK, UAE and international markets. Jennifer manages the firm's strategic partnerships and sits on the board of Professional Liverpool, contributing to the city's economic development and business reputation.
