Ithalia Johnson, finalist in the MWOTY Arts, Culture and Media category in 2022, has launched a transformative ADHD coaching experience “Empower Your ADHD Journey”.

The coaching has been developed by drawing from Ithalia’s own diverse identity as a woman with mixed African and Irish heritage, a mother, cultural leader, and artist living with ADHD. Ithalia’s journey has been a rich tapestry of highs and lows, shaping her understanding of ADHD’s strengths and challenges. Her qualifications span founding an award-winning cultural arts charity and graduating from the Clore Fellowship Programme, specialising in well-being for Leaders in the Arts and Cultural Sector.

Currently pursuing certification at the International ADD Coaching Academy, Ithalia has mentored artists for a decade and received prestigious awards like the Black History Month’s Female in Business Award and the One Dance UK Trailblazer Award.

Her coaching embraces intersectionality, offering culturally sensitive support acknowledging individual challenges. Through her own ADHD discovery, she brings invaluable insights and a commitment to empowering others.

Services including one-on-one coaching and ‘Embodied Expression’ – movement workshops promoting self-awareness and well-being, all take a client-centred approach rooted in empathy and collaboration, employ cultural sensitivity, honouring individual backgrounds while addressing ADHD’s universal aspects and are focused on tangible goals and outcomes.

An initial reduced fee is available during the accreditation period. Contact Ithalia on ithaliaforel@gmail.com or 07734911677 to book a complimentary 15-min consultation to begin your resilience and creativity journey.
