MWOTY 2023 “Women to Watch ” winner, Lucky Ali, has been recognised for excellence in learning, teaching, and enhancement of student experience.
Lucky was awarded as part of her team, which developed the Enterprise in the Life Sciences Programme, at the Careers and Employability at the University of Liverpool, the Learning, Teaching & Student Experience Award 2023 on 7th December 2023.
The Enterprise in the Life Sciences Programme provides Life Sciences students with an opportunity to connect with employers in their sector and gain unique industry knowledge and enterprising skills that will set them apart from other candidates when they apply for graduate or undergraduate job opportunities.
The programme will increase students’ sector knowledge, expand their professional network, and allow them to develop a range of skills that are in demand in the Life Sciences sector, including problem-solving, adaptability and creativity.
Lucky and her team work with students to help them showcase the skills they have gained during the programme on their CV and within their online profiles.
