Angela Samata, Eunice Huthart and Jan Walton were among the winners honoured at the Merseyside Women of the Year Awards 2015.
They were amongst a host of city women singled out for their achievements in the fields of business, arts, health, charity and voluntary work.
Over 450 people turned out to see them receive their awards at the glamorous ceremony at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, organised by 3 busy women Jean Gadsby, Elaine Owen and Ellie Kerr.
Champagne was flowing as guests recognised the extraordinary success of the local women who have inspired the region.

We are delighted to announce that Carol Rogers, Executive Director of National Museums Liverpool has received an MBE. Carol has worked tirelessly to ensure the museums and art galleries are readily accessible to the community of Liverpool City Region, and also make strong links with other cultural centres to extend this offer.
